I’ve always had a good experience at piedmont transmissions! The workers are always on point with making sure my car is up to par. I have an older car so i do have some issues here and there and they always fix it in a timely manner! I can’t say anything bad about this shop because i’ve never experienced anything bad! Always taking my car here!

I usually don’t write any reviews but on Piedmont Transmission I feel compelled to. If I could give a negative 100 I absolutely would. They had our vehicle so long the battery went bad and then they charged us to install new ones to try to complete the repairs. Even after the new batteries and the roughly multiple thousands of dollars I spent with them, we had to have our vehicle towed away still not working. Not only the frustration we dealt with, but the owner was extremely angry with us because we needed our vehicle fixed after he had worked on it for 2 years. I wouldn’t let Piedmont Transmission work on a tricycle. Be careful if you deal with them.
